Norma Phillips

Norma Phillips has a strong passion for dance and seeks to grow, perform, and create every chance she can get. As a child, she was first introduced to dance at BodyArts School of Dance, Guam, where she studied ballet, tap, and jazz. Upon moving to Los Angeles in 2010 to attend the University of Southern California, she grew a desire to branch out from her classical training and experiment with different styles of dance including hip hop, contemporary jazz, salsa, and more. At USC she danced, choreographed, and competed for many dance organizations including Xpressions Dance Company, Chaotic 3 Hip Hop Team, Troy Philippines Dance Team, USC Reparatory Dance Company, Break On 2, and CrackerJaxx Hip Hop Team. She now works closely with Kenji Yamaguchi and Kana Miyamoto as a member of Ken Dance Company, and also continues to pursue an exciting dance career with McDonald/Selznick Associates. She is deeply honored by the opportunity to work with Sean Greene and all of the members of ShieldWall Dance Company.
